Moreover, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data imported using The Add-in. As a user, you agree to bear all risks associated with the use of such information, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
Our software is a tool to facilitate the import of data and should not substitute for your review, verification, and analysis of that data. Any decisions or actions taken based on data imported via The Add-in are made at your sole discretion and responsibility. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any misinterpretations, errors, or decisions made based on this data.
This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive any termination or expiration of this agreement or your use of The Add-in.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will make a reasonable effort to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
